By using GymPal you agree to these terms. GymPal is operated by Build Momentum Lab LLC.

The wager is not a bet

Wagers in GymPal are favors agreed between two friends, such as buying a pizza or hosting a game night. GymPal never handles money between users, and wagers involving money are not allowed. GymPal does not enforce or collect wagers; settling them is between you and your buddy.

Your content

You own the photos and captions you post. You grant GymPal the right to store and show them to your gym buddy for the purpose of the service. Content that is abusive, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate can be reported from the app and will be removed; repeated abuse ends the account.

Subscriptions

Optional subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled before.

Age

You must be 13 or older to use GymPal.
